Swindon & Wiltshire Pride, the charity promoting equality and diversity within the LGBTQIA+ community, has released their new and improved support guide. This extensive guide is packed with information, support, and links to LGBTQIA+ organisations.
The volunteer-led group runs a Pride Hub every week at Regent Circus, Swindon, providing visitors with access to resources, opportunities to connect with volunteers, and information about local LGBTQIA+ initiatives. The Support Guide is made available at the Pride Hub, in libraries, and throughout the community. At the core of this project lies the charity’s commitment to education and uplifting the community.
Andy, Press Manager, said “We’re extremely proud of our Support Guide, and this new release is packed full of information on topics including mental health, our history as a charity and a wide range of community resources. This guide serves as an essential resource for allies, members of the LGBTIA+ community, and anyone seeking to learn more about diversity and provide a foundation to help others.”
The launch of the Support Guide reflects Swindon & Wiltshire Pride’s continued dedication to promoting diversity and inclusivity across the county. The guide is accessible both as a physical copy and a free digital download on the Swindon & Wiltshire Pride website. Companies or groups interested in obtaining physical copies can do so by emailing community@swindonwiltshirepride.org.uk
